Awesome service, beds and furniture were super comfy, the look and feel of the hotel is very sharp and clean yet welcoming at the same time. I wouldn't rush back to stay here. There were too many issues with staff and service. Simple customer service issues that just showed lack of care. The pool is small and the sauna wasn't working. They don't replace water when you've drunk it in the room. Air conditioning dehydrates and water is helpful. The breakfast was nice - good choice of food, and although I'd prepaid, they told me I hadn't. Another mistake by the hotel. All in all, it is a functional hotel, but so is the travellodge. I had expected better for the cost.

The ABSOLUTELY WORST RADDISON BLU I HAVE STAYED AT!!! I am a rewards member and have stayed at several other locations. first, the staff WAS AMAZING! They tried there best to help but over all the facilities is terrible. In my first room, The tv did not work, The heat in my room did not work so they switch my room in the middle of the night. Moved to a second room, the heat did not work, the heated floors in bath room did not work and the tv did not work. The sauna sign says open at 6am did not open until 7am. Was suppose to stay the entire weekend from Friday till Sunday. After one night I checked out and will NEVER stay at the RADDISON BLU in Frankfurt. As a LOYAL reward member I was not offered any kind of upgrade for all the broken items in room for the inconvenience. Hopefully this location upgrade and fix its faulty building.

Exceptionally bad service

The hotel itself was nice and comfortable. The only thing we didn’t like in the room was that we can’t open any windows so the air was quiet stuffy. But the service was really terrible. Checkin took over half an hour with a huge line of guests waiting. Staff was not really helpful. In the evening we went to the bar where the staff asked if we had a reservation and that we can only eat here with a reservation even though it was 10pm and almost empty. We were allowed to sit down for only a drink, got served the wrong drink and just treated and talked to in a very weird and uncomfortable way. When we asked at the reception for some robes for the spa they just said there are none left. Feels like they dont care at all and their smiles also seemed quiet fake. Would probably not stay here again.
