I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Rather obnoxious staff, no information at point of booking that hotel lacks AC. My room was 25 degrees and windows locked so can only open a small crack. The windows were locked and staff not willing to unlock them as they see it as a risk and have a policy to declare their guests incapable of staying safe in a room with open windows. Totally crazy policy, no willingness to help by staff and I cancelled my Elite frequent customer account. Never staying with Elite again. A joke of a hotel chain and sad that I am made to feel like a 12 year old when I stayed there. Never felt like that with Strawberry, Hilton or Best Western. Would have been an easy fix but judging by previous reviews, this is not the first time.

Bokade 2 rum och blev uppgraderade i båda vid incheckning. Bodde i den nyrenoverade delen. Vilket blev en otrolig vistelse i sig. Nytt och fräscht! Gick på Vana spa med hela familjen dagen efter en toppen frukost. Supertrevligt hotell som vi gärna bor på igen.

Trivdes jättebra. Bara en liten promenad till Drottninggatan och Gamla stan. Lite tråkigt att det inte fanns luftkonditionering på rummet. Var mycket varmt väder och vill ha det svalt när man sover. Fanns ämnen inte smart tv. Allt annat var mycket bra.
