A did the online check in. When we arrived i was asked for id & credit card again. I told her i paid on line and she said she had to run it. She was nice but doesn't seem to know the system. I WAS BILLED TWICE!

The room i got had a jacuzzi tub and it didnt work like it was supposed to, Lighting was a joke. Because there was no lights over or near the jacuzzi tub. We had to go ask for clean sheets and blankets because there was left over semen on them they didnt even offer to come remake the bed. There was several live spiders. Very disappointed

We got a room on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator. It was difficult for me to go up and down the stairs, especially carrying heavy luggage and having bad knees.

The check in was fast. She gave us in a 2nd floor a room. When we open the door the smell was awful. We tried to open the window but it was locked. At night when we went to bed, the sheets has big stains. We got up as soon as we could and left. Never again in there.

Room is nice enough.. lobby felt like the A/C was out but the room was cool enough, pool was nice enough but no privacy… feel like you are on the highway. Could be a nice place but then again for the rate I would say it’s what you pay for. People are smoking…. Our floor smells like cigarette smoke. Bed/bedfing comfortable
