FISH ON! Across from the 63rd pier
Plenty of room for two grandparents and two 13 year old boys. Breakfast was adequate, but the egg patties were horrid. Overall, for being virtually on the beach, this hotel is worth the money.

Only reason im writing this is because my shower was spraying all over the bathroom something was wrong with the nozel, i didnt have a trash can in bathroom only in bedding area... wrong was cold ac work perfectly and my lock on my door didnt work properly i normally dont write reviews but what may be small to me may be big to someone else... also hot water didnt work so a cool shower it was

Great price for what you get
Hotel is in a great location, but you can tell it’s very old and they’re not too great at keeping up on the repairs and when they do, they’re not great. Stayed there twice in a week and both rooms. The TV remote was missing the back they clean, but just on the surface not real deep clean you close the bathroom door and it’s dirty, I would stay there again. The staff was Great mixup for the lack of cleaning and repairs

First room our view was the cemetery. Second room we had black mold and the 3rd I killed three cockroaches! In our room alone! Not to mention the one my grandson killed outside his room. Was really upset since hotels.com had given it a 6/10

Severely Disappointed
The hotels was filthy. It was advertised MUCH cleaner than it was. Random on the floor, paper thin bedsheets and pillows with stains on them. We finally got into bed ready to sleep and a COCKROACH ran across the blankets. Upon further inspection, 4 more roaches were in the room. This was a terrible stay. Shame on hotels.com for falsely advertising the hotel.

So so experience
The lobby and staff were wonderful. Parking was good, there were more than enough for all the guests. The building is old and it shows. In our room the bathroom door wouldn't close unless slammed. There was rust on the hinges and handrails. The light bulbs had to be changed in our sink area after we got there and the TV remote was missing. Overall it served it's purpose for us, but it could use a remodel.

Consider Another Hotel!
Was awakened by couples arguing outside my room at 3:45 am. Then had to move rooms because my toilet would not flush. There were four separate guests standing outside their rooms to smoke at that early 4 am, making me feel unsafe. The room I left had a dead roach in the tub. The room I was moved to had live roaches in the sink. I was traveling without my husband for a conference and each proceeding night I was kept awake by loud guests and was afraid to say anything because of my safety. Breakfast was terrible.

Nice place for a decent price
The location is great with nice access to the beach and a fishing pier. Very comfortable for the price and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The birds sleeping in all the palms at night made for an interesting and enjoyable accent (or a noisy/messy issue depending on your viewpoint :)
