Check in process was simple and quick. Upon entering the room we noticed the balcony door lock was missing the locking mechanism. The telephone did not work. The bathroom sink had a crack in it. Main door has a fake lock that is only there for looks. The bed was the worst bed we've ever slept in. It has more waves in it than the ocean. Seriously, there were no comfortable spots to lay on. The mattress needs to be changed asap! The room was very clean! Shower pressure was good.

It was a nice condo overall. The sofa bed was broken. It was hard to open and was rubbing the frame when it was pulled out. It also sagged on the couch side and our daughter had to sleep with her head at the foot so that she wouldn't be inverted. The view was nice, the indoor pool was also nice.

Room was not clean when we arrived. Food on bathroom floor, hair on the bed sheets, stains on the side of the bed, and the lock to the balcony just fell off when we touched it. Our tub had a big crack in it and it did not drain well at all. The property other than the room was nice, and staff was helpful.
