The 80 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and satellite television. A baby cot and a highchair are available on request. The outdoor area features everything you need for memorable holidays with your friends or family. It boasts open and covered terraces, where you can enjoy tasty barbecued meals and watch the sunset, as well as a swimming pool and deck chairs. The outdoor area is shared with the neighbouring apartment, which also belongs to the homeowners, but they are not on the property most of the time. From the property, a supermarket and a restaurant are only 4 minutes on foot away (400 m), and it is only a 10-minute walk (850 m) to the sandy beach, a scenic little bay with glistening blue water. More restaurants, cafés and a pharmacy can be reached within a 12-minute walk (1 km) from the property. The island’s lovely capital Máo is a 30-minute drive (35 km) away, as well as the airport of Menorca. Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street.
