Quite well located, but this hotel is clearly past its prime and so I can't recommend.
To start off with, the check-in desk is on the first floor not the ground floor, and you can't walk or use the escalator to get there, as it was all blocked off. Judging by other reviews, the escalator has been broken for a period of time without being fixed- a clear analogy to the rest of the hotel unfortunately.
The staff were quite friendly, but unfortunately didn't speak english very well. I realise I am in a foreign country of course, but your front office staff should be able to speak good enough english for those who don't speak cantonese or mandarin.
The room itself was OK, but the a/c was stuck at a too cold temperature the entire time. My friend in another room noted his a/c was also stuck, but at a too high a temperature!
The hotel (in the name of being green) noted that they would not refresh your towels unless you put them in the bathtub. I had no bathtub, so didn't get them refreshed! You also don't get ANY cleaning of your room unless you explicitly call room service every time- a pain.
Overall, this hotel wasn't great, and I can't really recommend.
