This is the perfect place to stay if you are flying out of Zurich Airport. Entrance to the train station is a 1 minute walk and the staff was so helpful in directing us where to go. It is located in/very near the old town area and we spent an afternoon exploring. Highly recommend!

Had an extremely pleasant stay at this charming, convenient and friendly hotel. Thanks to the particularly kind and helpful receptionist who informed me of a not to be missed concert at the KKL my overnight was more special than I could have imagined. This I appreciated more than I can say. Big plus Bellini restaurant which is part of the structure. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice place, nice staff, room was nice with a good view and balcony. Furniture needs updating (badly chipped) but overall the price just doesn’t match the hotel, it’s way too expensive. Breakfast was poor as were the grumpy waiting staff.

Single room is more troublesome, you have to go up and down a short flight of stairs, it is inconvenient if you have large luggage.

It was a nice hotel, but the AC didn’t keep the room very cold and if we opened the window to get some air, it was extremely loud because the park is right there. The shower temperature also wouldn’t stay consistent, constantly switching between scalding hot and cold. The staff was great and the restaurant was amazing.

The staff was great. Ready to assist every moment of the day. The hotel is next to a church with loud bell tower however the triple pane windows block most of the “Boing” nose. Some of the rooms require an elaborate pathway including to Room 323. As with most Swiss hotels the buffet breakfast is sufficient but expensive at 20 Swiss Franks per person ($22.60 as of Sept 06, 2023). Overall the hotel being clean, close to the train station, Old Town and having a great shower is a solid 4 stars.
