Hotel was great and very clean. The location was near the metro and close the center You can walk anywhere from the hotel. First night , My room was nice but it was connection room and the windows looking inside the hotel , so ıt was bad food smell in the room. When l asked the front desk to change the room. They were really helpful and fix the problem quickly .

Charming boutique hotel in the heart of Copenhagen! Our room had a direct view of the City Hall & Tivoli Gardens. The hotel looked freshly renovated, and in immaculate condition. Most importantly - the bed & pillows were super comfortable. An appreciated bonus was that the bathroom was of a good size & typical international layout; many other hotels specified having Danish bathrooms - which necessitated washing your hair in the sink - an adventure I was not ready for. The recommended parking lot was an easy 10 minute walk (book online with the hotel discount code). One block away was the main shopping street with multiple food & shopping options. Altogether, a lovely place to stay!

Beautiful hotel! The food for breakfast and at the restaurant were both excellent! It was rough during the summer heat wave with no AC! And a lot of street traffic noise at night.

Not really worth its price or living up to its presentation. Nice lobby/restaurant. Rooms small and kinda speed designed without that soul. Basic amenities missing in the room. Simply just about ok and nothing more.

Compared to some others this was an expensive stay, so I wanna warn you if your sound sensitive, request that your room not face the courtyard! There was a loud DJ and dining in the courtyard and two nights in a row. It felt like my whole room was shaking. I was frustrated that I wasn’t made aware of this or offered earplugs. The staff did move me, but I was made to feel that I was a bother and I didn’t like that. The accommodations were lovely and it’s a great location for walking.

Absolutely bang on location- very central. I thought it was a five star hotel but it’s more like a 4. The food in Gloria (Italian) restaurant was good and seems very popular with locals. I guess my main point of disappointment or improvement are: 1. The breakfast is tucked in a corner dark room when they the most beautiful atrium 2. The hotel doesn’t have air con- I was told most hotels in CPG don’t. 3. No tea or coffee makers in room. No free slippers!

Very clean room and the cutest balcony. I loved this place the only thing that got me was the 2 steps into the front of the property I tripped on about every time I walked in and out . 10/10 for everything but -0.1 for the step 10/9.9.
