The staff was always very helpful both the day and night staff - George and Elijah I believe. My room was clean and I appreciated the amenities. I thought the breakfast was excellent - ordered an English breakfast. The location was close to the Marble Arch to sight see a few places; and close to the train station and bus station. I would stay again and will tell others about it.

We booked 2 nights at the hotel. It’s in a great neighborhood close to many sights, restaurants, and transit. The hotel and staff were great. Very helpful with questions. The restaurant in the hotel had an amazing breakfast and the wait staff was very friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place.

Très bel hôtel, de bon standing et très propre. Localisation pratique, proche du métro et d’Oxford street et ses boutiques. Le personnel est très aimable et accueillant. Petit bémol sur l’aération de la salle de bain qui tourne non stop et est assez bruyante. Sinon rien à redire, allez-y les yeux fermés.
