First time staying here and it was a really great experience. I loved the location first and foremost, right next to union square. Close to grabbing a bagel, doing some shopping, and being far away from Times Square (iykyk). The staff were SO FRIENDLY! the room was big, clean, and designed so well. I loved having the coffee bar which had delicious espresso, the gym was fantastic, and the rooftop bar! 10/10 perfect and will be back!

I would love to stay here again. From the doorman/bellhops to the front desk to the staff in bars and restaurant everyone smiles and is happy to help with any requests. The food in Seahorse was yummy. The decor is delightful, housekeeping does a great job. It was a wonderful location and a memorable stay. Thank you, W Union Square. The hotel is newly renovated and is beautiful - including the restaurants, bars, and lounges. The rooms also were spacious and clean. The gym amenities were pretty good. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, there were a couple that were less vibrant, but I assume that's just individual personality. Everyone was still very professional and helpful.
