I love this hotel. It's a great location. The rooms was comfortable the beds were firm but comfortable. The shower was amazing. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The staff was friendly and helpful. Anthony was great giving us suggestions for restaurants. He even gave us the courage to use the subway!! This is an exceptional hotel in the heart of Manhattan.. the staff are exceptional and very accommodating .. they will go above & beyond to help.. the hotel is very clean and well maintained.. the rooms are a good size with tea/coffee making facilities also free bottled water every day … while staff are always on hand they do not bother you in anyway… the hotel is near the subway with restaurants & bars close by.. it’s also central to walk to the shops and sights

Staff always had a smile on their faces and were eager to help. Location is awesome, with lots of restaurants nearby. Parking is off-site 2-3 blocks away but great discount through the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.
