I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. My only downsides were the very small bathrooms and the strip clubs around the corner. The clubs themselves weren’t a dealbreaker, but they made the area quite noisy at night. Since we visited in the summer and had the windows open, the street noise was definitely noticeable. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d happily recommend this hotel.

Booked two separate rooms for our family of four and enjoyed our two nights at this hotel. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Hotel provides luggage storage which helped us out due to a late afternoon flight after check out. Main train station less than a 10 minute from hotel. We were also able to explore Copenhagen on foot from the hotel's location. Would definitely book again on a future visit!

A great stay in an ideal location which is close to the main central station and in walking distance to a great choice of restaurants and eateries. It was good enough. Location was great as it was 5 minute walk from the Copenhagen central train station. The rooms itself were small but was good enough to sleep. The showers were tiny and water pressure was terrible and water wasn’t that hot. Asking for extra pillows and towels were like pulling teeth. Not sure what the issue is with that considering they don’t clean the rooms every night so just wanted some fresh items for our second night. Overall it was ok. Clean and good enough for a couple of nights.

The room offered everything that I needed for a few days in Copenhagen. It provided enough room and the bathroom was good. My room was situated very close to the main entrance and it was facing the street, so some guests might have an issue with noise. The breakfast buffet was amazing! There was a great selection of just about every breakfast food you would want. The location of the hotel is quite convenient, too. It was just a few blocks to the central station and the surrounding area is filled with bars, cafes, and restaurants. After travelling around the city, I think it is one of the better areas for a stay.

Great central location. Great common spaces with a good breakfast area and areas for cowering. Extremely disappointed with cleaning arrangements. They only clean every 4 days and they even forgot to clean our room, so I had to contact the reception to get the room cleaned the following day. Stayed for a week and no room to put away clothes, except for a few hangers. Extremely expensive parking - DKK 1800 for 7 days. Will definitely not be going back.

Good: Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good. Bad: a) Very noisy. My room was located next to the lift which makes a machine noise everytime it goes up and down. Another annoying machine noise came in somewhere unknown, all the time even at night. The hotel is close to the Copenhagen Central station (~10min walk), and a lot of guests / families came in and out with talking - even at midnight and early morning. In addition, the hotel is faced on a major street, and some motor-bikes generated unnecessarily big sound especially on weekend. Very uncomfortable with all these noises, couldn't sleep well. b) The room is 1) light-cleaned every 4 nights, 2) full-cleaned once a week. If you stay for several days, you will need to be with a full of trashes and to keep using the same towels and bed sheets until the next cleaning is done. The hotel noted that this cleaning cycle is for green environment, but it sounds like telling that you have to "be patient" for it. c) WiFi is available, but no security. Make sure that you have your own VPN, otherwise dangerous to connect. d) There was a temperature control, but not sure if it was working or not. The control is simply a plus-minus dial, no switch, no temperature display.
