The location was great and staff were very kind and helpful. But the mattresses were just a thin foam pad and were extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom was small and smelled moldy.

Great location with convenient walking distance from Central Station and Tivoli, as well as other downtown attractions. Amenities are limited, but otherwise it is a nice hotel with helpful staff. Breakfast buffet is amazing - make sure to include with your booking.

10/10 Exceptional

The Comfort Hotel is on the main walking route to Tivoli Gardens and straight into the city centre. Brilliantly sited for all sightseeing and walking around. We are a big walking family so nothing was out of reach. The rooms were fairly basic, but we were only there to sleep in them, and they were very clean as were the on-suite. The staff were very friendly indeed, we also got breakfast, this was amazing, lots of choice hit and clod, everything you could think off. We were glad we picked it.

The rooms were okay. The shower was not great and seemed dangerous to get into. The location was great.

They have an excellent breakfast and the breakfast room is wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the room cozy. There is very little television so download some movies!

Really good hotel with a good location for exploring Copenhagen. The only downside was not having a kettle or fridge in the room.
