While the location is great, for the money you can stay at the 5 star Langham Hotel for a little more. Rooms need updating. Bed was lumpy and not comfortable. Air condition was noisy. Only had room service once in our 10 day stay. Had to out trash in the hallway for pick up and beg housekeeping in the hallways for fresh towels and toilet paper. Really needs better management.

This hotel was very beautiful, Maximum 5-7 mins walking distance to all mains points of Pasadena (coffee shops, shopping, food, parks, city hall) and had great views! Parking was very accessible and easy to navigate as it is connected to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Nothing fancy but still very nice and had a courtyard with fire place we sat during different times of the day
