Convenient and clean
Spacious room, convenient location to Universal. The room was clean, shower was good. Having breakfast included was a nice perk. It wasn’t the greatest breakfast but it was fine for a quick bite before heading to the parks. Friendly staff.

Great except breakfast
Great stay as always, the only thing this time the breakfast was not like it normally was. Hard boiled eggs were singed and not edible each morning (3) The tortilla shells were brittle and dry I saw several people throwing them out too like me. Scrambled eggs were dry and very over cooked. Missed the great breakfast that we always get here!

Convenient and affordable stay for Universal Studio park visits. Only negative was the TV did not work. I reported it to the front desk staff and was informed it was because of the weather (rain) because it messes with the satellites. She was nice but said there was nothing they could do. We just wanted to relax & unwinded by watching TV after a busy and exhausting day. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was impressive. Everything was fresh and well maintained even up to the end of open breakfast time. There was a great variety of breakfast items which were hot, appealing and tasted good too. It would be nice if parking was included but it costs $20 to park overnight which doesn’t seem necessary because it’s not in a downtown city. I’m not sure why they need to charge for parking. The lobby is bright, open, modern, and inviting. Room was large, comfortable, and clean. Overall, it was a good stay!
