Super helpful desk staff, easily dropped our bags to go explore for the day and use the facilities to freshen up and fill water bottles. Arrived to a nice clean room with cold AC and check out was a breeze.

Nothing like the photo of a light and airy room. Despite upgrading my room had one small window so was dark, although fairly spacious and clean. Also not sound proofed so noisy all night, Great location though.

10/10 Exceptional

Small room but super clean and efficient for our stay. The only con was the people coming back to their room across from us on the 12th floor at 3am that were so loud they woke us from our sleep and would not settle for at least 10 mins.

Wonderful hotel and great location (just down the street from Times Square). Room was small but no smaller than most in NYC. Plenty of room for a solo traveler or couple. The room was newly renovated and was very nice.
