The air conditioning in the room is awful, set it to the lowest which is 18.5°C and it only gets to 22.5°C even though on for full 24 hours constant. My own thermometer was reading 24°C. It was a basic stay. The room was clean. The ac didn’t work too well, but the maintenance man arrived within a few minutes. The phone in the room didn’t work…so I had to go downstairs to report issues. They don’t have a microwave to heat food at all throughout the whole hotel…which was a bummer. It was clean and close to everything which is the best part about staying in NYC. No complaints about the cleanliness.
