Pet-friendly, security, and plenty of parking
Great hotel! Very pet friendly, which was important for me. I had a cat and dog traveling with me, and the pet fee was minimal and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I liked the fact that the parking lot was fenced off with just one entrance and that there was a roving security guard after hours. I had a bunch of important stuff in my truck, and I was towing a boat, too. There were plenty of parking spots, but I had to disconnect the boat and park it separately, which was a reasonable request from the hotel staff. Hotel room was clean and sanitary, with nearly all furnishings looking new and clean. Great hotel! I'd definitely stay there again.

Nice Hotel and good location
Stayed here overnight as we were passing through North Carolina. Nice hotel with comfy beds. Hotel is right off expressway with a costco, Chilli’s and Quedoba within a few miles. Staff was very friendly.

HELP!!!
I had a lot of trouble getting a tv channel. I also saw the room temp is controlled by the tv remote. I spent half the night listening to a computer talking at me as I tried to get a channel I knew...just happy the room temp was to my liking or I'd have been up all night. And no microwave???

1st time at Spark Hotel.
This was my first time seeing or hearing about Spark Hotel by Hilton. The hotel is refurbished but it was still nice. I am that person who re-cleans my room with clorox wipes, clorox spray, lysol, bring my own sheets and never walk barefoot on the floor or in the shower. I found as i was recleaning it was already pretty well done prior so I was happy I didnt see a lot that would give ick... Food choices good off this exit and nearby. I would stay here again.

Staff was amazing. Hotel cannot possibly be newer. Heat/air sounds like freight train constantly. Toilet leaks, handicapped accessible room does not have raised toilet. Did I complain to staff, no just to tired. But very disappointed.
