Check-in was quick and I appreciated that there was no issue with adding people to my reservation. However, I had to ask the front desk twice about the fireplace before being told they were already shut off for the summer. I also had to ask for linens for the sofa bed even though I had requested them in advance.
The bathroom in the luxury room is very nice, but unfortunately the shower in my parents' room wasn't draining properly.
The hotel has been remodeled nicely, but the walls are still very thin. There was a mini-fridge but no microwave. Also, I saw somewhere online that there is a restaurant and bar onsite, but those are no longer open - self serve breakfast only.
Lastly, be aware that the parking lot is very narrow. If you have a larger vehicle, it may be best to try to park in front of the hotel.
