Great Service
Staff at Econolodge are really helpful, and very nice. They remember my name before I even tell them who I am. Will always choose this hotel.

2/10 Poor

I have never seen such a nasty filthy room. The sheets had a greasy stain on the top sheet, a darker brown stain on the bottom sheet, and rhe mattress had blood stains. The furniture was pealing, the window was so dirty you could barely see out, and the smell of the room was offensive! Horrible, nasty, dirty! The lobby was dirty, and the eating area, absolutely would bot eat there!

It was dirty and not maintained
The whole place seemed to suffer from deferred maintenance. Room was dirty and dusty, bed frame was broken and sticking out and a trip/ankle hazard, windows were cloudy, curtains wouldn't stay shut, drywall had lots of damage, there 3 bugs that I saw, the towels were dingy feeling with a yellow tint(suppoed to be white). My bed had someone else's hairs in it, what appeared to be lingering blood stains the wash didnt remove, and a melted? spot that looked dirty. The biggest problem was the door wouldn't latch shut from the outside and could only be locked from the inside. We didn't realize this until the morning having slept with a door that appeared to latch but could just be pushed in with moderate force. Breakfast was minimal, nothing hot, just the cheapest danishes, yogurt, and a sad looking fruit bowl. Parking lot was beyond tight. Having no elevator was the cherry on top. This is a 5 out of 10 hotel MAX, I don't understand how it is rated a 8.2 on hotels(they proudly displayed the 8.2 in their lobby), perhaps legacy reviews from 10 years ago when they last remodeled, if so it has gone WAY downhill. They need to pick a room or two every day and do a deep dive cleaning it. Then let a handyman loose, focusing on one room at a time to fix the poor condition of everything. 3 good things: friendly desk staff, good water pressure, and hot water at 8am. I cant upload the pictures I took.

Very unhappy. None of the outlets worked to charge our phones. Bed was very hard. Hairs in the sheets like stuck in sheets during washing atleast i hope. Hair on the bathroom floor.

We expected more with the 8 rating. The staff was wonderful. But the bed was an old metal frame with a metal box spring that squeaked with every movement we made. The room was laid out strange with the sink right next to the door so it’s the first thing you encounter when you walk in. The breakfast was the worst i have ever seen. It had 3 kids of cereal with very hard to use dispensers and some mini muffins, bread, yogurt and pre packaged honeybuns. Only one pot of coffee. Over all it was fine we just stayed the night on a road trip but the bed made ir a very restless night

Decent hotel for the price
The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. There was mold in the mini fridge in my room. The room wasn’t dirty though. The beds were more comfortable than other hotels I’ve stayed at in this price range. Would I stay there again? Probably not simple because of them not having an elevator and trying to get my small children and all my luggage up stairs was difficult.

I just wanted to sleep for a few hours on my long distance travel. No way I would sleep in that dirty stained bed even fully clothed. Went back or on the road. So gross.

I was able to check in earlier than 3 pm which was nice. Room was clean. Furniture a little worn. Was next to office so could hear TV playing all night. Just barely. Bed comfy but springs were very squeaky ever time I moved around. No hot breakfast provided. Serviced me well for one night and was close to Fairgrounds.

I got in VERY late after car troubles and the gal at the front desk went above and beyond to get me checked into a nice room quickly. Super nice folks, rooms are big, and the bed was comfortable

Good value for the dollars. We were here on a Saturday night and it was very quiet. Nice hot shower and easy check out. Breakfast was very minimal. Yogurt, cereal, toast, apples and oranges. Would stay again when in this area.

Highly recommend!
Perfect spot for our weekend plans, and we had a jetted tub room! It was the best tub to completely lie in and soak. The room was clean and had a good combo of amenities for a short stay. VERY close to our ultimate destination (Kentucky Ren Faire), and a nice, light, continental breakfast. Bed was a little harder than I prefer but that's so subjective to begin with. A good spot to stay!
