Everything about this place is geared around the guest. Staff is attentive, friendly, efficient, and eager to help. The buffet dining area is not your ordinary buffet; it's a masterpiece in presentation and taste and well attended so there are never any empty choices. Excellent location for a short walk to the beach and shops. Rooms are refreshed daily and kept clean and neat. You will not be disappointed by staying here.

Christmas 2024

We were originally put in a top floor apartment and when I asked if someone could take the cases up for us was told no, so they put us in a ground floor one. The floor hadn’t been swept properly. The next morning at 7am the kettle blew the electric fuse, so scrambled about in dark to sort it. We were given a new one later in the day. The apartments need an update as very old fashion, but the size is great. The staff were really good, especially Miguel from Sevilla. Nothing was to much trouble. The Christmas Day gala meal was outstanding and so much fresh fish and prawns, we were in our element. Food overall was very good. It is a few minutes walk to beach and bars, plus to a bus stop for Palma. The bar area where the evening entertainment was held didn’t have enough tables and chairs which meant sometimes we had to sit on bar stools, which as elderly people wasn’t satisfactory. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

Lovely property and really friendly staff. Our apartment was nice but very tired. Air conditioner was slow. Bathroom was very dated. A large gap around sliding door means you can hear everything in the bathroom. Overall apartment was nice and sited next to pool. Snack bar was good. Self service was helpful. All inclusive was good but only includes drinks with dinner. Bar prices are reasonable. The only downside was we found a cockroach in our bedroom

They need to add pictures of what the room REALLY looks like. You DO NOT get a double room. Rather a double inside a really small box room. Hardly any space. This is NOT a 4 star. More like a 2 star. MAYBE a 3 star at best.

One of my worst hotel experience.

It was rated as a 4star on your website but I disagree completely. At best, it is a 3star. The hotel is in need of refurbishment. The cleanliness was a write off. No entertainment- no matter how subtle and the food was quite basic. The hotel staff are not prepared to host international tourists. We were disappointed. I wanted to leave as soon as I checked in. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone

Leider musste ich bei meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel feststellen, dass die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs nicht den Erwartungen entsprach. Sowohl Gläser, Besteck als auch Teller waren nicht ausreichend gereinigt, was einen insgesamt enttäuschenden Eindruck hinterließ. Dieser Mangel an Hygiene beeinträchtigte leider das ansonsten positive Gesamterlebnis und könnte in Zukunft verbessert werden, um den hohen Standard des Hauses zu wahren. Es wäre wünschenswert, dass in diesem Bereich mehr Sorgfalt aufgebracht wird.

El personal es muy amable y agradable, especialmente Camila de cocina, la comida es muy variada y con muchas opciones vegetarianas lo cual agradecimos bastante al ser vegetarianos. La habitación está muy bien, colchones muy cómodos. Por ayudar a mejorar, hay poco personal en el bar y hay que esperar bastante tiempo para ser atendido a pesar de la rapidez de los camareros. La música de la animación se oía mucho en la habitación para nuestro gusto, también es que justo estábamos encima del bar. Pero todo muy bien, volveríamos.

An sich ist die Unterkunft akzeptabel, besonders das Frühstück war gut. Doch beim Check in ging’s schon los: ein Mitarbeiter der sehr freundlich war und gutes Deutsch sprechen konnte und eine junge Dame die sehr gelangweilt und schon fast bösartig war. Die Zimmer Einrichtung sollte so langsam wirklich mal renoviert werden, abgesehen von den ganzen Ameisen und größeren Viecher wo da im Zimmer krabbeln!

Frühstück Buffet war super! Aber Abendessen Buffet- alles kalt und definitiv nicht gut. Unser Appartment hatte einen furchtbaren Geruch. Dachdem ich das bei der Rezeption angegenben habe (Dame an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich), ist eine Frau mitgekommen und hat Duftspray gesprüht und mir erklärt, dass der Geruch von der Klimaanlage kommt. Ich würde dieses Hotel keinem Weiterempfehlen!!!

Gutes Hotel

Ein gutes Hotel mit kleinen Makeln. Wir hatten Ameisen in der Badewanne und auch im Restaurant auf dem Tisch krabbeln. Manchmal hat es etwas nach Abfluss gerochen. Essen war nicht immer richtig warm. Die Zimmer sind aber sehr geräumig und super nettes Personal. Die Pizza am Pool ist sehr gut.
