We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect for arriving from Grand Central and also served as a great base for exploring the city. The room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the pub downstairs was a great place to unwind. Would definitely come back!

Food in Pub was very good. It was a bit too loud during Happy hour for me but great for younger people.

10/10 Exceptional

Older hotel with somewhat small standard rooms, no refrigerator or microwave there. But an exceptionally helpful professional staff, more of them staffing the front desk rhan you'd expect for a hotel this size, plus a terrific location, more than make up for that. Thus I'm a three time visitor, will, stay there again with enthusiasm.

This a true hidden gem. The staff are amazing, professional and very kind. The bar is cozy and has as a great outdoor patio. I did use the spa, but looked great. Hotel is in perfect location. 1 min walk to Grand Central. Ability to go anywhere from there, or stay, and spend hours exploring the beautiful Station. Looking forward to my next stay.
