My name is DeAndre Barry, and I am completing this survey because I had an outstanding experience at the Travel Lodge by Wyndham in Jefferson City, MO, during my stay from October 3-6, 2024. From the moment I arrived, the front desk receptionist, Asia, made me feel truly welcomed and provided service as if we had known each other for years. Her dedication and attentiveness resolved several issues immediately, allowing me to enjoy my stay to the fullest. Here’s what I experienced and how Asia went above and beyond to address my concerns.
1. Reservation Assistance: Before arriving, I confirmed my check-in date with both a Wyndham representative and the local hotel staff. However, en route to the hotel, I received a call about a potential reservation issue. Despite not being able to reach corporate directly, Asia assured me to come in, and she personally handled the matter with corporate by phone. I was grateful for her calm, swift action.
2. Mobility Accommodation: Upon arrival, Asia noticed I was on crutches and using a knee cart due to recent heel surgery. Without hesitation, she arranged for a room close to the main areas to ensure my comfort, demonstrating great empathy and consideration.
3. Room Cleanliness: In my room, I found a stain on one of the bedsheets. Asia, who had prior housekeeping experience, reassured me and arranged for the sheet to be changed immediately. When housekeeping was unavailable, she personally ensured it was taken care
