Room 299 was terrible. The toilet plumbing for flushing affluent never worked properly. 1st night /2nd day plumbing techician attempted 2 flush bowl, never succeeded. 3rd night , flushing toilet FILLED affleunt to bowl-rim. EVERY night, had to visit neighboring HopeLand Hotel to use public facilities. Reception frontdesk attempted.2 offer a different room. i said NO, & requested a FULL REFUND FOR remaining 2 NIGHTS. Manager took ONE HOUR to generate a WRITTEN EMAIL, confirming & AGREEING, FUTURE REFUND within 30 DAYS ?? come on ! this is the 21st Century , not communist Russia !! A full investigation of hotel-business practise & customer service would be interesting here !! What are your thoughts , on this matter ? i have 2x VODs, of different nights reflecting toilet incidents..?!!
