The property is new and clean. Very close to victory monument BTS station. We used a combination of BTS and Chao Phraya all day Tourist boat pass for transportation to visit most of Bangkok. Easy to use and not expensive at all. Short cab ride to Kao San. We did not like the early check in fee of 600 baht. I understand late check out fees but early check in?
