So check in was okay.they ask you to do it online. I got to my room and first thing the thermostat doesn't work for the AC unit at the call maintenance the shower hardware was dated old didn't work properly The handles to turn the shower on didn't work properly it took too long for the water to get hot. There was hair in the shower stall. The bed was pretty comfortable and when I checked out this morning I was told that the receipt will be in my email and it wasn't and it kept getting emails and text to check out why was that. And the people across the hall were extremely long I don't know why the manager counter manager didn't say something to them all down the hall.

Don't expect much...
We first arrived a couple of hours early and asked if we could check in. The front desk said it would be a $25 fee to check in early. I've never had a hotel ever charge me, but whatever because i just wanted to get to the room. The room smelled musty and not something we wanted to smell. The tub looked like a crime scene. It was stained throughout with somethng dark red that dripped. The thing that made us request another room were the ants on the wall. The gave us another room and it was better. However, we realized the air didn't work later when we were getting ready for bed. It was hot and we called the front desk for a box fan. They didn't have one nor someone to fix the air. The shower was so weak. The sink faucet had better water pressure. The stay was very disappointing.
