I stayed here for a medical diagnosis in Houston. Originally booked a week long stay. I found out I would have to return the following week for a medical procedure. The hotel staff allowed me an early checkout and refund for the nights I had left. They were very understanding and helpful. That’s the reason for 4 stars. However, the front desk agent stayed in a closed office and would only come out when they saw you on camera. Housekeeping had to be asked to pickup the room and replace towels. Even without the sign on the door they wouldn’t come unless asked. In room 210. Missing tiles in the bathroom. Missing blackout shades in room. Someone was smoking in their room on our floor. The chair was stained. And I found a pair of women’s panties on the floor at the back edge of the TV stand. 4/5 stars for their help and understanding my situation. 2/5 considering the rest.

Spacious hotel, clean except because there was smell maybe like musty. Or that sometimes they smoked outside and I was in the first corridor and the smell remained. Otherwise, everything is fine! Convenient and close to everything! Recommending.
