6/10 Good

I was disappointed overall. The room was very outdated and run down but worst of all was blood spatter on the ceiling above the bed. It appears as if someone was injecting something and blood sprayed on the ceiling. The view is beautiful and location is the best. Just disappointed in the room. Also the baggage carts are on their last wheels. The pool was dingy and had damage to the tiles. For how expensive it is it is not worth it.

A Perfectly Competent, Albeit Basic, Beach Hotel
We were here for a few days in June of 2022. Pros: First, the location: you can walk right out onto the sand, or to the arcade, the mall, or any one of two-dozen eateries. Also, if you want to pay just a tad more for the view, do it ... this hotel has a completely unobstructed 180-degreee view of the ocean/sunset. On-site parking is plentiful - never saw the parking structure full, and it was a packed weekend of soccer players and beauty queen parades. There is an indoor pool/hot tub, which is a must for most of the year on the Oregon coast. Lastly, the employees were super professional and courteous. Cons: In our room, the furnishings and fixtures were barely above the "find on the side of the highway" level. Couch cushions had rips, toilet chipped, shower head sprayed in every direction, no premium channels (our friends had Netflix in their room), and neither mattress (bed or pull-out) was comfortable enough to stay our third night. Everything in our room was ridden hard. The elevator is slow (not sure where it sits in neutral, but its definitely not the lobby). There are no hotel food options (unless you count the vending machine), and no room cleaning during your stay (we were told it was because of COVID). Nevertheless, we would consider staying here again but would see what we could do about getting one of the "updated" rooms (some of our friends had much nicer furnishings and a predictable shower trajectory).

2/10 Poor

Unacceptable Experience
The bed was very uncomfortable. We hardly got 2 full hours of sleep. There is no air conditioning, it smelled like urine. There were people slamming doors and yelling and laughing all night long right outside of everyone’s doors. Worst $150 I ever spent. We were promised an ocean view and we looked at a bunch of drunk people in a parking garage.

4/10 Fair

Don’t book here not worth it
The front desk was unorganized, and the lobby looked dusty as if they had nothing to do before hand but when it came to us checking in they were not prepared. When we went up to our room first impression was kind of Eerie, like something of low quality movie. First impression of the room was cramped. The ceiling was very low, my boyfriend and I are both 5’7 so gives you some context. The Rooms and Hotel look nothing like the pictures!!! So beware of that! The Tub was still dirty, looked like someone had just used it! And no A/C, definitely my bad on not seeing that in the description but they did have a Fan in the closet. BUT it was very Dusty! Guess they expect us to clean the dirty fan before using it. The bed was so uncomfortable one side of the bed was sunk in so bad both my boyfriend and I switched side to feel how it felt. WOW! We both woke up with a bad back each night. They only Give you Three SMALL pillows so beware of that. The mini fridge would make a Very loud sound I contemplated unplugging but it would go away so wasn’t too bad… The only Real Upside to the Hotel was it was close to everything But we will definitely not be staying here again I think we will manage with the Walking and Find something NICER even if it is further! Good luck tho!

Loft is the most decent
I stayed at the loft because it had the lounge chairs at the top facing the ocean. However you can only see the ocean if you are standing because once you sit the view is obstructed by the room below. It may be still nice to watch a sunset? But windows are sooo dirty from the outside. Beds are not super comfortable again decent. Other than that the guy at the front desk Darryl or Jarryl (kinda forgot ) was super nice and helpful and that you don’t always find in cheaper hotels
