I was a guest from canada and even though i booked the room for 2 they i sisted to my girlfriend and her family they were not allowed in my room, even to use the washroom while visiting in the common areas.

A lot of traffic noise. The water in the shower wasn't really warm . The beds were not soft at all. The staff was personable. Not much English. The breakfast was great the pool was nice but not deep. The jacuzzi wasn't warm . Overall a good stay

El personal del hotel fue muy amable y atento a cualquier solicitud. Las habitacion limpia. Lonque se puede mejorar es que Solo dieron un pote de jabon liquido y el agua solo habia fria. Pero por lo demas todo bien.
