Used this hotel as day hotel initially as our flight was early am. Stayed on two more occasions over our holidays in Australia and on both occasions the staff at reception were very helpful sorting out parking and late departure for us. Very central location and good value.

The place was amazing, was very clean and tidy. Both my bf and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to dropped our bags off early and kept our bags even after check out as our flight was later in the afternoon. Lovely luxurious feeling in the room. Plenty of nice products to use. Good coffee & pastries served in the foyer. Scanned room key for the lift which reduced touching public surfaces. Convenient to Town Hall & Darling Harbour. Car park - was tricky to find the entry. Time of arrival and departure were adjusted to suit our purpose but was billed incorrectly & I had to request a change in the charges. Was parked for about 23 hours and was going to be charged $155! Actual fee was $65.
