Loved our stay

Loved the place. Clean. Beautiful views. Excellent staff. Very professional. Very friendly and helpful front office…. especially Ms. Dallas, who went out of the way to ensure our room was re assigned closer to our friends.

We loved staying here! Didn't realize it was connected to Princess Cruises, but it was a reasonable price and had everything we needed. We were blessed with views of Mt. McKinley 3 days in a row. Highly Recommended.
Ty, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

To avoid if you do not want the cruise crowd

Obviously catered to people doing cruises with Princess, so not your favorite spot if you are solo…

2/10 Poor

Check in was awful. Our room wasn’t cleaned until 3 hours after the check in time!
2-night trip

6/10 Good

The beds in the room were not comfortable at all. I got a very bad back and neck pain after the first night stay. The front desk staff was not friendly at all and did not provide any information about the property, the ameneties. We were not informed that we will have to request room cleaning a night before.
Niharika, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Check in easy. Rooms were noisy. Our neighbors were up really late and it made it a bit hard to rest the 1st night. We enjoyed rrsort but it was far from the Natl Park and a long drive. We got mixed up when booking and booked wrong resort become of how Princess naned these resorts. Food good. Treehouse was awesome.
Terra, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

We showed up an hour and a half after we were able to check in and our room was not ready as well as hundreds of other guests rooms. They could not tell us when the rooms would be ready.
Cheryl, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Room not ready at 4:30. Had to try 5 keys before able to get into room as lock not working but housekeeping opened door so could put suit cases in. Tried doing the wash but machine/system did not work without a maintenance call. They were all helpful just was a lot after traveling all day.
Elaine, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Requested two beds, two friends. Got one. Was switched to another room but it was not made up. Had to walk uphill with the luggage at the second room - first room had a parking lot in front. Room was not made up the second day. Staff was unable to help.
Carol, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great stay!
Curtis, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Unfortunately, our one-night stay at this lodge was less than ideal. The property felt quite dated, and we immediately noticed the air conditioning was not working, which made for an uncomfortable night. Adding to the discomfort, there was a peculiar smell in the bathroom when using the shower. To top it off, the beds were not very comfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
Sachin, 1-night trip
