Please do not stay here. The pictures are deceiving. They rooms smell, have stains, and pad locks as door protection. Rooms smell like cigarettes and the ac had duct tape.

Not reliable reservation
Reserved room with 2 queen beds. Only had a room with one king bed available. Take it or leave it according to front desk. It was 9 pm and after driving for 6 hours. Not good. At least Cody, manager apologized.

Marked safe from my stay at Tree Inn
This place is so disgusting. Where do I even start. As soon as you open the door the smell knocks you over. It is absolutely pungent and made for a terrible night breathing it in. There are stains all over the walls- some kind of mystery brown splatter. The sink wasn't even clean, there was hair and toothpaste from previous guest. The parking lot is full of tweakers and cars with the windows broken out. There are units with the door locks missing. Not only is this place foul in the worst ways, but it feels very unsafe as well. My husband joked that we might actually get murdered here. We survived, hardened and a little scarred.

Choose comfort and friendliness!!!
I was misinformed on check in time and showed up early. The owner Alex made sure to take good care of us. He is friendly, very responsive to all his customers needs and comfort of our stay. I recommend choosing to stay here. Nice room, comfortable and affordable.

When I stayed there for the last 2 days I tried to tolerate it so I wouldn't have to go to another place again so I went ahead and made two more days reservation then I got a knock on the door by one of the staff that said that they were not going to honor expedia's price that I paid so I wanted my money back instead of giving my money back they said that I could just stay there by that time I wanted to leave and then they wouldn't give me my money back this place is so dirty I had roaches in my room I took a lot of pictures so that I could prove my point but they wouldn't even look at them because they already know it was no toilet paper or towels in my room and they said that I had to pay for the toilet paper $2 at $83 a night you would think they would give you toilet paper the smell in there was so bad me and my husband actually scrub the walls and the bathtub and wash the sheets and blanket that was on the beds I will never stay at this place again if they remodel it maybe it would look decent but like half the rooms are torn apart like they're fixing it but I hadn't seen anybody fix any of the rooms while I was there it's really bad.

The worst hotel stay experience
- The front desk is not friendly - At check-in, you need to sign a document with many initials (agreeing to pay a penalty if you don't clean the room before checking out). - the worst bathroom ever. The toilet tissue holder is broken; shower nobs are stained; no trash bin in the bathroom - two towels are given for 2 people; no room service; if you need more towels, go to the front desk and ask. The bed sheet has a bloody stain on it and is dirty. - microwave's rotating plate inside is missing; so you can't use it - small cockroach inside the bedsheet and on the floor. - clean the room, take your trash to the dumpster by yourself; or else your $100 security deposit will be confiscated. Imagine you are cleaning the hotel room when it should be done by room service. - This was the worst hotel stay experience in my whole life. - I would recommend paying a few $$ more and booking a little bit better hotel if you are tight on budget. - This motel is a big no no.

You read a lot " if it wasn't for the price it wouldn't be worth it" but wow too many properties are ok with this. It is not ok. Dirty run down, loud dogs and tenants, broken fixtures, toilet not secured, sink doesn't drain, no toilet paper, old stained sheets , locks on door loose. Room gets a once over not a deep cleaning.

DO NOT STAY! Major scam. This place would not honor our reservations. For those that were able to walk in and get rooms they were charged $100 cash only deposit. They have a housekeeper who they send into the room to ‘sniff’ the room before and after your stay and they would not release the cash deposit because the room smelled. We made our reservations through Expedia. Called to confirm and were told yes we had a room. The day we actually got to the hotel we were turned away because they sold out of rooms. Such a scam. Rent somewhere else!

No Room At The Tree Inn In Albuquerque
This reservation was made in June for the express purpose of having a place to stay the night before the annular eclipse. I chose the pay at the hotel option. About an hour before we arrived on our drive down from Denver, I called the hotel to let them know we would be arriving at about 7:15 pm. I was informed then that they were sold out and had no room for me because Hotels.com had not called them when the reservation was made to confirm availability. I still drove to the hotel to see what I could do. After standing around for 15 minutes with absolutely no movement in the line of customers waiting to check in, listening to the desk clerk give the same excuse to someone at the counter over a reservation made through Expedia and my wife coming out of the employee restroom saying "We're NOT staying here" because of the non-cleanliness, I left. I ending up staying next door, in a less than desirable room, for $250 for the night, much more than what I had expected to pay at Tree Inn & Suites. In my opinion, they turned away Pat At Hotel reservations in order to sell the rooms at double or triple the price because of the eclipse and Balloon Festival, which is big in Albuquerque. I feel this hotel should not be listed on Hotels.com. They do not honor reservations made through your website, so you are doing your customers a disservice by continuing to list rooms for this hotel. This was by far my worst hotel experience.

This is NOT a hotel in the traditional sense. This is a rooming house. There is NO priority given to those with confirmed reservations. If a tenet has left, they may have a room for you, in which case all adults will be asked to sign ridiculous forms. There is a $100 CASH only deposit required. There is no maid service. Guests must clean their own rooms and take their own trash to a dumpster on the premises.
