OK but not Great
I was expecting more of an updated room, but it looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 80s. The bathroom was old and the bathroom door wouldn’t close the whole way. The shower was in a really inconvenient location so it would spray water on the floor. Location wise, it was great - only 10 minutes from the duomo and city center. The staff weren’t very friendly, they never said hello to us when we entered the hotel. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great hotel in center of Milan
This is not a hotel where you go to sit in the lounge and read a book with a drink in hand. It’s a hotel where you come to rest after a day of work or exploring city. And for that, it’s perfect. Spotlessly clean, some floors newly renovated (renovation is ongoing so some parts look like a work location), excellent wifi, nicely appointed rooms and good beds. Would I stay there for honeymoon? No. But for a city trip or a business trip? It’s perfect. Also, the location is top-notch. I’ll be back.
