The room was newly renovated and in great shape. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is awesome to explore downtown Plymouth. Parts of the facility are tired because of the age of the property, but you can tell improvements are being made constantly. A great stay overall! Note: if you use the pool, they only have the slide open when a lifeguard is on duty. The lifeguards are high school students who are only available in the late afternoons and evenings (during school season).

The rooms and beds are very comfortable. Everyone was friendly and the kids had a blast! The only down fall was the pool was cold and the air in there was cold as well.

The hotel was recently renovated, so I was excited to stay here again. However the toilet didn’t work even after we called for maintenance and they said they “fixed” it. The shower wall looked like it hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived, and there was debris on the floor by the closet as if they hadn’t swept or mopped. The heater/air conditioner was so noisy we tried not to use it.

They could use some upgrades...little things like power strips. I had to unplug a lamp to plug in my computer. Every outlet has something plugged into it and there simply aren't enough of them.

The front desk staff were wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay, except when it came time to shower. The water never got warm enough and since there wasn't a ton of pressure, it took me more time in there than I really wanted. I completely understand lowering the pressure to save water, and if the temperature was hot enough it would've been fine, but I was frozen and just wanted out!

The waterslide was not working in the pool half of our time there and The entire hotel Reeked like chlorine giving my husband a headache and causing my husband to be unable to sleep our entire stay, there were no stations on the television and except a couple of crappy ones with far too many commercials in the smallest television we have ever seen! I would like a voucher for a different hotel or a refund or something because we were disappointed for so many reasons!

The window in the room was not able to be locked and there was a roof outside that could allow access to the window.
The room also has a strong odor that I could not identify.
The best part was that it was conveniently located to the venue we were attending and the bed was comfortable.

Pool was without towels. Spoke to front desk to be told "they just replaced them a half hour ago." Towels were replaced after this, with hand towels. Room was clean though.
