worst customer service & misrepresenting Ramada
#1) I was not told at check in that to have your room cleaned it must be requested. So I got no cleaned room during my stay. #2) micro wave was not plugged in and we had to move it to the desk in order to plug it in. 3) I reported the tv does not turn off via remote issue never addressed during my stay. 4) the entire hotel was under renovation pieces at a time. 5) for early check in based on availability they charge $5 per every hour early u check in & $10 for every hour requesting on a late check out. 6) when I went to talk to the nite clerk about not getting my room cleaned while I was out he was very rude to me & told me it was not his fault I failed to read the note taped on the counter & then I asked for trash bags to throw out the trash since we didn’t get service & he repeated it’s not ramadas fault if I cannt read. Then he sarcasticly asked if I needed additional towels since I failed to request service. I made the biggest mistake in choosing this chain of hotels for this stay & I should have stayed with the chain I always use. I selected this location just to be close to moew Wolfe & the farmers market. I’m waiting to see if I’m going to get my deposit!!!!! I will never recommend this chain of hotels. The rudest staff & nickel & dime the customers….

All around horrible!
Booked a 2 night stay for a family trip, the first night was ok. After the first night family member notice small red dots and complained of it being itchy. First thought was bed bugs, and sure enough it was. I addressed it to front desk and was met with the response of “if it was bed bugs it would’ve happened the first night”. She gave us the hotel email information to file a complaint and send pictures. Well we did and yet the email given is invalid and states it’s undeliverable. Overall wouldn’t recommend this place even when trying to budget. Not family friendly and not a pleasant stay at all.
