Hot water was very dangerously hot please adjust. Room dusty,shower door not cleaned well,towels need replacing, elevator in terrible shape disgusting. Breakfast buffet Chafing dishes had food debris on it from the previous morning, Fingerprints all over the buffet. Disgusting Hotel is not kept up very well. Owners need to spend money to renovate.

One of the Worst Hotel Experiences
When we checked in, it was clear that the hotel was under renovations, but no where did it say that. The room was blasting hot air and we could not turn it down. There were random hairs in the bathroom. The towels smelled musty. The bathroom was absolutely tiny, and did not look like the photos. There was hair in the bedding. The TV was not functioning properly. There was no phone to call down to the front desk. There were wires exposed and pipes exposed in the room. The bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable. I tried to call down to the main desk and after three times of no answer, I gave up. When I told the front desk about our awful experience, all the clerk said was "Oh, sorry." I will never return.

Not what it seems. Overprices for the stay
She sheets may have been washed but there were stains that still remained. There was hair in the shower from previous guests. The hotel in general may say Wyndham but it is an old building that they tried to “renovate”

Worst hotel stay ever
Checked in for a two night stay. We sadly had an emergency back at home that needed to be address immediately. We Came to the room at midnight with hopes to be able to get at least two hours of sleep before having to drive four hours home, since we had already paid for the night. Sleep never came. From midnight to 1:30am the hallways were full of loud and rowdy guests. There was no phone in the room to call down to the front desk. Tried calling the front desk from cellphone and there was no answer. Finally after realizing that there was no way for us to sleep, we gathered our belongings and heading to front desk. There was no one there, only a sign that said “stepped out to deal with guest request”. We waited 20 minutes but no one came. We just left the keys on the desk and walked out. Next day I tried to call several times to make sure that we would only be charged for that night. Called three times and had the phone just ring and ring. I work for Marriott. I understand that this hotel is not to the caliber to Marriott but it seems that guest satisfaction is not something that they don’t have any interest in.

Poor customer service
The room was newly renovated. When using the shower the floor flooded creating a very slick unsafe condition. The front desk could not be reached since the phone in the room didn't work and no one would answer the phone when calling from a cell phone. Their response to the situation was pretty much we clean the floor and request new towels later in the day. Better customer service would be to send housekeeping and to move us to a new room.
