For the price it was average. We loved how large the room was. We have 6 in our family & the room had 3 queen beds. It was spacious enough for us all. The staff were friendly and courteous. It had a small outdoor pool. While not heated it was clean and gated. Free breakfast was available. It is mostly carbs, but you can make waffles. They had cereal, bread, muffins, self-made waffles, oatmeal, and yogurt (no toppings for the yogurt). Drinks were coffee, apple juice, and orange juice.
Cons: We were placed on the 2nd floor but the hotel does not have an elevator. It was difficult getting all my kids and their stuff up the stairs. The hallway & room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it's a non-smoking hotel. Many of our sheets had holes in them. One sheet had a cigarette hole, one of the brown "blankets" had multiple large holes in it. The "blankets" are very thin and obviously old and needing replaced. While there, we needed new sheets, more towels, and toilet paper. There is no staff to bring these to you, the guest must go to the front desk for the items they need. We did not use the ice bucket as it was sticky and had some type of red stickiness in it. For a family of 6 in a large room, they provided only 2 towels and one tiny bottle of shampoo, one tiny bottle of conditioner, and one roll of toilet paper. Our day of checkout they deactivated our cards before we actually checked out. We had to take turns loading the van because if we left the room it would lock us out.
