Not worth staying at!
Over 40 minutes to check in. Our card wouldnt open the door and gave us a different room. The TV in our room didn't work! Breakfast was terrible as well! I would not recommend staying here.

This hotel was a nightmare from the jump. I walked in to check in, the employee told me i didn't pay for my room yet, which was false, i paid on the Hotels.com app and provided him with the receipt. He grabbed an associate who was beyond rude and had no shame in showing it. The check in process took at least 20 minutes, no exaggeration. I get in my room to check it out and it seemed okay at first until i sat down and started noticing some crazy stuff. ** SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS** I've stayed in some really shady places, but this one here trumps them all

Worst and most disgusting stay ever.
There is not much more to add from what everyone else has said about this dump except that I was concerned about safety when The outer doors had no locks and anyone could walk into the place at any time of night or day. had to pay a $50 deposit when I checked out, I asked about the refund and some young kid at the front desk. Didn’t look old enough to work there told me you have to wait till 11 o’clock to have it refunded. It is now 8 o’clock in the evening, I have not seen the refund. I do not know the company that owns this quality Inn, but I suggest you have someone come over and look at it.It is the most disgraceful place I have ever been in. I could go on and on about this place, but I think everyone has told their side please take this seriously.

Had I known how terrible of quality this was I wouldn’t have booked it. It’s not even a get what you pay for it’s overpriced for the abysmal quality. The door didn’t have a secondary safety lock, the peephole had a napkin in it, the place where a fire alarm may have previously been had a paper towel in it, the clean blankets were stained, the ‘clean’ wash cloth in the room had a body hair and was crusty, the toilet seat was broken, the blinds to protect light and privacy had a rip in them and I had to place the chair cushion on the windowsill to prevent someone from potentially looking inside the window. The hotel states it has WiFi but was not provided the WiFi password at check in. The DirectTv the allegedly have only has maybe 10 channels that are fuzzy. They were supposed to just place a hold on the $50 deposit that’s required but instead it cleared through my bank. I tried calling the hotel and the clerk there was extremely rude and condescending and didn’t understand what I was trying to explain to him. Now I have to go through my bank to get my deposit back because it CLEARED through my account instead of it just being a HOLD on my account. When I was told at checkout that it would be REFUNDED to me. 0/10. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I have pictures of everything.

Terrible! Arrived 12 minutes before published check-in & was told to wait 12 minutes before I could check in. Credit card was charged when I gave my name, even though I was not checked in. Staff was unfriendly & literally argued with patrons in the lobby. Weekend breakfast advertised till 9 AM was shut down at 8 AM resulting in breakfast not being provided. They couldn’t program a room key, so a maintenance person took his well worn master key off his keyring & gave it to a patron, causing me to question the level of safety at the facility. Ice & soda machines did not function. Though room had a coffee maker, no coffee or cups were provided. No shampoo, soap, or facial tissue was provided in the room. Multiple customers demanded refunds during my stay. I frequent Jackson regularly, but will never stay at this so called “Quality” Inn again.

Our bathroom door broken. The bathtub had ducktape on the floor looked like it was a repair. Outside door was propped open with a rock because the security lock was pulled out of the door. Also it was very dirty the bedding and towels were stained. Generally cleaning looked nonexistent.

Worst stay ever!
This was the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed at. The room was unclean. The bed was not made properly. The microwave did not work and in the middle of my shower the front desk attendant entered my room without knocking to tell me that they put me in the wrong room and I had to move Immediately I will no longer be booking any rooms at Quality hotels.

This is not a place I would stay if I had other options. But it was race weekend, and even booking a couple of months in advance this was all I could find under $200 a night. I wouldn’t say it was dirty, it was just very run down and not well maintained. Both rooms had different, but equally disgusting smells. Both a/c units smelled like they were going to catch on fire when we put them on heat mode. Both fridges smelled rank and didn’t keep the two cans were put in them cold. Both carpets had that sticky moist feel so we never walked in bare feet. All the towels were clean but dingy and some were slightly stained. In one room the counter was falling off in the bathroom, the exhaust fan just made a loud high pitch squeal and didn’t actually do anything. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way either. Also in that room, where the smoke detector should be was just a hole in the ceiling with wires coming out. Although one room smelled like mold there wasn’t any visible. But the shower looked clean enough and the water was fine. We didn’t have any problems with service. They were actually very nice and accommodating at check in and I heard them on the phone being very nice and polite to other guests as well.

the worst hotel stays ever
we arrived hour early and were told we could not check in check in till 3:30 pm, we waited checked in put bags in room and left right away. we returned at 9;00 pm for the evening and when un packing realized the room was absolutely disgusting. i went to front desk and the person said we are full and cannot give us a diffrent room and you had been in room for hours. because we booked through hotels . com he said he could not refund our money. this room was horriable. moldy shower missing paint in shower ,dirty shower tub, bath towels were a very dirty off white color,, hole in carpet floor, screw sticking out of wall 2 inches long at eye level ,the tv had about 5 channels and they were so fuzzy you could not watch it, the microwave didn't work, the bed was so bad it felt like we were sleeping on a donut the center was so low and wore out. and the breakfast was only 6-8 had piss warm milk and stale cereal corn flakes and raisin brand mix. i picked up a hostess cupcake for my wife and that was expired. if you think about staying here don't if you must look at room before you pay.

We book online to stay at a Quality Inn, but there was definitely no quality. The building looked to on its last legs, carpets were dirty, conditions rooms was terrible. Bathtub/SHower looked filthy, shower rod fell off wall, toilet seats were all loose, TV's did not work. Breakfast was served from 6 AM to 8 AM - consisted of Raisin Bran, waffles and muffin. Prison food would probaly be better. If you are thinking of booking here - DO NOT
