10/10 Exceptional

Perfect location if you want to avoid the more touristy areas and prefer the more neighborhood vibe of the Village. Rooms are small but decent for NYC standards and have all you need. Even though it's an older property it actually felt very clean and not dated or old but more upscale vintage type of vibe. I really picked this place for location but was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. So many great restaurants and shopping nearby. Washington square park is adjacent and so enjoyable with music and lots of activity on a nice day. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff was excellent. Coffee and pastries in the mornings were a nice added touch. Perfect location right next Washington Square Park. Rooms are small but the pictures online are very accurate so the size was expected.

I love this little boutique hotel! Perfect for NYU visit or just a great location for West Village area. Lots of character, great retro furnishings, friendly staff. I really enjoyed the 2 nights I stayed there. I do wish my room had a mini-fridge, though.
