We really enjoyed our stay at Scandic Palace Hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Copenhagen and very close to lots of attractions, restaurants and shops, making it so easy to get around. The staff were excellent—very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a lovely experience and would definitely stay here again when we visit Copenhagen. Highly recommended! ❤️

6/10 Good

It is a very convenient location, close to attractions. Walkable even. But the building is showing its age. It needed a lot of renovations. Carpets are tired and windows need replacements. Toilet needs to be changed or plumbing maybe. The lights wouldn’t work and needed to have wiring checked (on our last day)..Very expensive for a so-so hotel.

The staff are wonderful, charming and helpful. The hotel is a tad tired. I hope it gets a refresh soon as it is a wonderful old structure in a great location.
