We always love coming to stay here when we go to Williams. We love using the indoor pool area. This time the room we were in was a bit noisy with the rooming neighbors but that’s not the hotels fault, just inconsiderate people. This isn’t a fancy hotel, but the wonderful customer service always brings us back.

Happy Family of Five
We have three little ones all under 5. We opted for the King Size Studio Suite which included a sofa bed. The space was big enough for the kids to run around and stretch their legs. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, and safe. We usually bring a queen size air mattress and this had plenty of space for us to inflate and sleep comfortably. The staff was friendly and helpful and they had a decent breakfast line up. What striked me as odd was there no elevator and no closet space, just an area to hang up your clothing. Would we stay here again? YES, absolutely! Thank you Days Inn for making our stay an enjoyable and memorable one!

Not too bad
Definitely one of the better low cost hotels I've stayed at, the only thing we noticed is when we turned on the vent in the bathroom to let out humidity it kinda smelled like old broccoli? To the point it made the room smell like broccoli so we just didn't use the vent after we figured that out. Otherwise the room and bathroom were clean and the beds were comfy and they offered real hot breakfast not just dry oatmeal and they had a indoor pool which was pretty cool considering how cold it was.

Nice hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s a 2 story motel without an elevator which was difficult for a family member with some mobility issues, as they put us on the 2nd floor. But overall, a nice motel.

Pets not free
Hotels.com says this Days Inn does not charge for pets. Hotels.com is wrong. Days Inn would not waive the fee either. Said it was their policy to charge. Only $25 so not that big of a deal. But a little annoying that Hotels.com was wrong and more annoying that Days Inn wouldn’t be a more understanding and honor what was said on the Hotels.com site.

Will never stay here
The hotel does not have an elevator. The wall unit was not working and the room was freezing. We finally got moved to a different room around midnight and the heather was not the greatest but it wasn’t as cold as the first room. I will most definitely never stay here.

Nice clean room, but I was most impressed by the check-in; the gentleman saw my family had mobility issues and without prompting changed our rooms from the 2nd floor to the first, and then from "near each other" to "next to each other," all without our asking. It was refreshingly good, old-school service

Had to clean the toilet myself after checking in. Old urine all over it. Bed sheets were dirty and found 4 hairs in the sheets. Killed a kissing bug and another bug in the room.

Horrible Hotel
Room was extremely small, no closet no space to put luggage or clothes. Bathroom unacceptable. (Looked like they patched the wall in 2 places and never cleaned drops of mud, sanded area and didn’t finish the job) Horrible noise- every door in hallway could be heard all night. Flushing of toilet was crazy loud. If you needed extra towels or linens guest was required to pickup front front desk. $30 early checkin fee (even for 5 minutes was required) DO NOT STAY HERE. You will regret it!
