Everything was great. I even made two reservations, and they let me just leave my stuff n in the room, check out, and check in again. This is my favorite spot to stay in South Beach. However, there is some wear and tear starting to show. The carpet in the room had a lot of stains by the door, and it was sticky. We also found a baby cockroach. It wasn’t to concerning, as we know from living in Florida and Georgia our whole lives that roaches are a normal part of life, but you would rather not have them, ya know? Anyway, enjoy your stay!!!

My room was dated. I really expected more. To get to my room I had to go through a garden area and an ice parlor, which was really weird. The elevator was dated and iffy. My sister stayed in a different part of the hotel and couldn't believe what this part of the hotel consisted of. The restaurant had really good food and the location is awesome.

Everything including the staff. The young lady that checked me i. Was AWESOME was very clear about everything for my whole stay. I wanted to thank her when I checked out, but unfortunately she was not working that day. The only downside was the pool. It doesn’t seem like it has ever been cleaned. You see the residue around the pool, like a dirty tub. It’s obvious they dont clean it. That was the only downer for the stay
