The hotel is located I a perfect spot!! The hotel staff was amazing. They checked to see if our room was an available before check in and held our bags after checkout so we could you all around the city without the hassle of carrying our bags!! Staff was very nice and helpful.They will hold your luggage before check in and after check out, super helpful while waiting for your room or a flight. Lobby did not have much but a couch. Roof top bar opens at 3 pm but would be nice if they had it open a bit earlier. Narrow rooms but their mini bar had some nice options for purchase. You can walk to Madison square garden and subway station to travel around the city. Enjoyed our stay!

Clean, quiet property with a nice little rooftop. Very conveniently located next to all the train stations needed to get around the city. My only beef is the $3 bottles of water without a Hilton membership and even then $3 a bottle after the first two. For how much the room is per night, I'd rather have unlimited access to water than breakfast. Fortunately 7-Eleven is right next door and a gallon of water is cheaper than $3. Good breakfast options. All around a great hotel.
