The hotel is located I a perfect spot!! The hotel staff was amazing. We loved our stay, and were impressed at the high value for the cost. Seemed very well run, and all staff we encountered were extremely personable and helpful. Room was extremely clean and comfortable, wonderful view, and the rooftop bar was a huge bonus for us being exhausted after a long train ride. We didn’t have to leave the building to go out. We will stay again.

Arrived 11am and hotel kindly stores our luggage until check-in at 4pm. We arrived back and 3pm and our room was ready. Great room and lovely toiletries too. Rooftop terrace bar had amazing views and staff were fantastic. Our room was facing out onto Eighth Avenue and this was my only issue. We were 22nd floor and was so noisy all night with traffic, sirens, horns etc. if stayed again, would request room at back. Otherwise a great location beside Madison Square Gardens and Penn Station.

Very small, but modern! It’s a very good location close to Madison Square Garden if you’re coming to town for a concert! I saw Olivia Dean on August 15th and the ride was less than 10 mins away. Very pricey, but the bathrooms and rooms are lovely stylish. The beds are VERY COMFORTABLE TOO! I also had the perfect view of the Empire State Building! I definitely would stay again.

The room was clean and the staff very helpful. The rooms are extremely small and so is the bathroom. It definitely doesn’t look like a 4 star hotel. Furniture is outdated and looks rough. The elevators were a pain because of how super slow and busy they were all the time. I found that this hotel was overpriced so unless I was a really really good deal I wouldn’t stay there again.

The issue I have is I paid for an empire view room, and whilst being on the floor that is meant to have the empire view, my room (2902) did not have a view of the Empire State Building like in the advertisement. This was disappointing especially as I had paid extra to have this view of it.

The hotel was lovely and clean and in a great location, we had a standard double but for a weeks stay it just wasn't practicle, not enough storage to empty cases and no were to put the full cases. I booked the hotel because of its roof top, but that didnt open till 3 and closed at 11 so only went up there once. Waste of time. Staff were lovely.
