Chose this hotel because of the location with short walking distans to metro stations and especially close to sportshall where I joined events. Area was quiet, restaurants nearby, not too many tourists. Hotel was nice, room clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast good. The hotel was perfect was quite perfect for my needs for this trip. Would propably come again.

Our fourth stay at this property. We really like this hotel and the location. The only suggestion would be to clean the overhead vents, which this time had a lot of lint and dust evident. Also note there is sometimes early morning noise from the nursery school across the street and chanting from the nearby temple.

Very convenient to the Tozai and Oedo subway lines that go to just about all the popular sightseeing areas in Tokyo. Located in a traditional low-key neighbourhood with lots of dining options, traditional stores and several important temples. It was located in a small street, but within 5 minutes you can get to the main street where there are many food options and convenience stores. It is a reasonable distance from the subway lines. Can reach most areas like Shibuya and Shinjuku within 30-40 mins door to door. The heating system was good at night in November climate. The breakfast buffet range was simple, but all the food was delicious, especially the fresh pastries and desserts
