Spacious rooms, clean. A bit worn. Beds were on the stiff side, but that seems to be the norm in Japan. Got used to it and slept quite well. Reasonably quiet (some noise from other guests, but quiet during the night). Nice fridge. Nice bathtub. Free bottled water every day. Convenient 7-eleven downstairs (the egg-sando gets sold out quick, so be there early if you want one for breakfast ;) ). Happy with the stay.
