Staff were amazing and accomodated our request for a quiet room. The Sliders Restaurant has the best breakfast buffet. There is a hotel guest discount, but you must apply for the Seibu Prince membership via QR code. No cost for the membership. Be prepared to walk up a gradual hill to get to the Shinagawa station. This was the trade off for a hotel away from the crowds.
