Good location Tokyo station
Great location for Tokyo station. Room was fine but didn’t really like double bed against wall/window. Staff were helpful especially in helping us get to our next hotel after we returned from our road trip.

Location is great and easily accessible to Tokyo Station. Overall, pleasant stay. Will recommend this though the prices is rather expensive when compared to other hotels nearby.

Great hotel, wish the restaurant is just as great
Great hotel with great service. The negative is the restaurant staffed with pretty rude service. Such a pity.

Consistently good
I have stayed at this hotel a few times. It consistently has good service, clean and comfortable rooms, good internet and close proximity to Tokyo Station which is about a 10 minute walk. Buses from Tokyo Station to Narita Airport costs about 1000 Yen (~$10USD). Cash will be required. It takes about 1 hr and is much less expensive than Taxi. Taxi would be approximately $200 USD.

Basic Hotel Room - Nothing Special
Stay was fine but nothing special. Was a bit disappointed with the overall design and amenities of the room. It was ok for a basic stay, but I really just expected more out of this hotel. Wanted it to be something special to rave about but it was just an average hotel room.
