Loved this hotel, was so close to everything we wanted to do and plus the train station was literally opposite the hotel! The staff were so nice and friendly. The breakfast was amazing, staff were always replenishing it. The Italian restaurant that’s part of the hotel next door was 10/10 must go there if you like Italian. Would 100% stay here again

Location is great: close to Tivoli & train station. The room was ample and all we needed for a night in Copenhagen before our flight. The bathroom was great but there’s a whistling sound that came from the shower pipe that was a bit unpleasant. Other than that, we recommend the Imperial Hotel.

The room was clean and spacious for a junior suite, the elevators are appalling. There is three and they can only fit three people in at a time, and they are incredibly slow. The rooms and hotel in General feels quite dated. and definitely needs an update soon, I have a feeling the hotel is quite old and hasn’t had a refurb in a while. The staff were friendly and nice. The restaurant looked good, even though we didn’t try it.

The room was okay but the bathroom worn down and unfresh. The flushing function on the toilet didn’t always work as it should. Spots and tear on the walls. Went on a business trip and decided to check out and go home as soon as I could as the room wasn’t enjoyable. Size of room was good though! And bed was okay!

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Metro and S-train stations, making it easy to get around the city. Great location near train station and Tivoli. Staff is wonderful. I had sore feet from heavy tourist activity after my first couple of days and the staff was kind enough to give me ice a couple nights which saved me and probably made the difference in me acclimating v. getting a bruise that could have been a stress injury. Great room.

The location is perfect for links with train station and subway. So central for walking around and exploring. Rooms very clean and comfortable. A little in the small side and not much ‘hanging space’ for clothes for more than a few days. Staff very helpful, WiFi good and if you choose to breakfast here, lots of choice but so many other options elsewhere would probably spend less for better/as good.
