Clean but outdated
Rooms and common areas were clean. However, hotel is outdated, bathrooms smell, service was slow (had to ask couple of times for towels to be refreshed and garbage taken out). Common areas can use an update (look alike water feature should be made into a water feature) and the pool looks more like a oversized, indoor hot tub.

Great staff, but building needs some updates
Great location, super friendly staff. A bit dated inside and the couch in my suite looked like it had a few rough party nights, I didn't even want to sit on it. Hard to get the room to desired temp as the heating unit was directly behind the bedroom door so if the door was open it blocked the vent. Bed was comfortable enough and I slept well. Windows looking into the atrium/hallway are a very 1970s idea that I did not appreciate. At least their were blinds but I imagine it would be noisy if there was a wedding party or something. Some shampoo in the shower would have been nice. Bar, sitting area in atrium was comfortable and free drinks from 5-6:30 was great. Was ok for business but I wouldn't stay for a vacation.
