The room had a dirty smell to it, so I actually pulled the a/c filters and as soon as I did, dust/dirt balls started falling out like they hadn't been cleaned in 6 months or so. There was other objects on the floor from a previous stay, so I know it wasn't vacuumed. The toilet was very loose and rocked back and forth. I asked for another room, but was told there wasn't anything available for me, so I checked out and went to another hotel. I was told that I would be fully refunded for the room that I didn't stay in, but that hasn't happened yet and it's been six days. I've tried calling the manager Jim Pappas everyday, but he refuses to return my phone calls.
